24 March 2013: Ironman Asia Pacific Championships, Melbourne, Australia
Hello and welcome to my website
Multisport has helped shape me into the person that I am today, and has changed my life in so many positive ways. At the age of nine whilst racing on the track for my school at the area championships, I was spotted by a representative of the local athletics club. That race was over 20 years ago and my passion for running has never waned. I have been an enthusiastic and committed member of established running clubs, most recently Bristol and West Athletic Club, expanding my own knowledge and understanding of the key factors necessary for success. My love of running is also balanced with a keen interest in cycling, swimming and multisport more generally, and I have raced for Great Britain as a professional duathlete, achieving success at European and World Championship Level.
I now want to channel my knowledge and enthusiasm for endurance sport into helping others achieve their own sporting goals and reach their potential, with a little hard work and a smile.
Enjoy the website and please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.

Although I was disappointed with my 23rd [...]

The 2012 racing season is halfway through and although I’ve only had three races up to this point, for a number of reasons that I will elaborate later on, that’s [...]
